Bildiğiniz gibi site denetçilerimizin ısrarcı tutumları nedeniyle olağanüstü genel kurul toplantısı yapılması hakkında bir çalışma yapılmış ve bunun sonucunda 02.10.2020 ve 09.10.2020 tarihlerinde toplantı gerçekleştirilmesi konusunda karar alınarak e-mail, posta ve web sayfamızda yayınlanmak suretiyle sizlere duyurulmuştu.
Son zamanlarda COVİT-19 salgın hastalığının yayılma hızında artışlar olduğu ve pandeminin ilk günlerindeki tedbirlerin yeniden gündeme geldiğinin görülmesi üzerine olağanüstü genel kurul toplantımızın netleştirilmesi ile alakalı olarak 21.09.2020 tarihinde bodrum kaymakamlığına yöneticiniz sıfatıyla bir yazı daha yazılmıştır.
Bu yazıma Yalıkavak polis merkezi amirliğince 22.09.2020 tarihinde verilen cevap yazısının tebliğ sayfası ekte bilgilerinize sunulmuştur. Buradan da görüleceği gibi toplantı salonunun umumi Hıfzıssıhha kanununun 27 ve 72. Maddeleri uyarınca gerekli kurallara uygun hale getirilmesi ve uygulamanın sürekliliğinin temin edilmesi hakkındaki tüm sorumluluk tarafıma yüklenmiş ve kuralların ihlali halinde cezai ve adli işlemlerin şahsıma uygulanacağı imza karşılığı tebellüğ edilmiştir. Sitemizde 06.06.2020 tarihindeki genel kurul toplantımızı polise ihbar edip polisçe basılarak iptal edilmesine neden olan art niyetli kat maliklerinin bulunduğu düşünüldüğünde hiç kimse benim toplantı salonunda bir olumsuzluk yaşandığında tüm cezai ve adli işlemlerin sonuçlarını üstlenebileceğim riskini kabul etmemi beklememelidir.
Bu sebeple 02.10.2020 – 09.10.2020 tarihlerinde yapılacağı duyurulan olağanüstü genel kurul toplantısı iptal edilmiştir. Yetkililerce COVIT-19 ile ilgili kısıtlamaların kalktığını ve genel kurul toplantılarının rahatça yapılabileceği ilan edildiğinde Genel kurul toplantısı yapılması ile ilgili olarak kat malikleri bilgilendirilecektir.

Dear Home Owner;
As you might know, our monitors have been insisting to organize an extraordinary general meeting and as a result we had decided to hold an extraordinary general meeting on 02.10.2020 and 09.10.2020, as it was sent to you by e-mail & mail and announced on our web site.
It is generally known that the epidemic of COVIT-19 is again increasing and so the precautions taken in the beginning are again to be repeated. On 21.09.2020 we have sent to the local governor of Bodrum an official letter to ask their view about the organization of this extraordinary general meeting.
Please find enclosed the reply cover of the police department of Yalıkavak from 22.09.2020. As we can see from this letter of reply, I personally will be responsible to keep the meeting room safe and sterilized in accordance with the articles 27 and 72 of the Public Health Decree. I have signed this letter of reply assuring that also the sustainability of the sterilization is under my responsibility. In case of a breach of these articles I would be accused subject to criminal and procedural acts. Considering the existence of malevolent home owners who had denounced our ordinary general meeting from 06.06.2020 and caused its interruption by police officers, nobody should expect from me to take the responsibility of the health condition of the meeting room and the criminal & procedural consequences, which would follow.
Therefore the general meeting previously announced to be held on 02.10.2020 – 09.10.2020 is cancelled. As soon as the restrictions concerning the epidemic COVIT-19 are released and it will be announced that general meetings can be held, all home owners will be informed about the date of the new general meeting.
